After the timetable adjustment, the national railway arranged for the operation of 12690 scheduled passenger trains, an increase of 205 trains compared to before. Among them, the safety standard demonstration line of the Wuhan Guangzhou section of the Beijing Guangzhou high-speed railway has been fully completed, and the entire line of the Beijing Guangzhou high-speed railway has achieved high standard operation of the Fuxing high-speed train at a speed of 350 kilometers per hour, with an overall increase in transportation capacity of 4.2%. This morning, the first train in the Greater Bay Area, passing through the Wuhan Guangzhou High Speed Railway with a speed of 350 kilometers per hour, departed.
After the timetable adjustment, the Beijing Hong Kong and Shanghai Hong Kong high-speed rail sleeper trains were also put into operation for the first time, and the high-speed rail of the Yangtze River Delta Greater Ring Line was opened, connecting 21 stations in the three provinces and cities of Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai, and Anhui. At the same time, train operations in the central and western regions have been further intensified.
In terms of freight transportation, after adjusting the schedule, 22595 freight trains will be operated nationwide, an increase of 74 trains compared to before. Newly added China Europe freight trains with full time schedules between Chongqing, Wuhan, Yiwu, Guangzhou and Duisburg, Germany and Warsaw, Poland. Today, the first full schedule China Europe freight train from Yiwu has been launched, and the full schedule China Europe freight train from Xi'an to Duisburg, Germany has achieved "four trips and three trips" per week, providing stronger guarantees for the stability and smoothness of the international supply chain.
