Stanford University PhD is proposed to be recruited as a township civil servant in Anhui province

Recently, Dr. Su from Stanford University was proposed to be employed as a township civil servant in Anhui Province. He applied for a grassroots affairs management position in Lingbi County's township government, ranking first in written exams, interviews, and total scores.

On June 18th, Jiupai News contacted the Lingbi County Government Affairs Management Center, and staff members said, "This year is the first time that a prestigious school has applied for the position of township government official in Lingbi County, Suzhou, Anhui. In my impression, it has never happened before."

He introduced that Su is from Xiao County, Suzhou, Anhui Province, and Xiao County is not far from Lingbi County. He speculated that part of the reason why Su applied for the township civil service exam may be due to his rural sentiment.

The staff of the Propaganda Department of Lingbi County Committee also confirmed that Su is from Xiao County and is currently in the public announcement stage, with specific positions not yet assigned. I also heard for the first time that Dr. Stanford applied for civil service in Lingbi County township government.

According to the "Announcement of the Second Batch of Suzhou City's 2024 Examination for the Recruitment of Civil Servants" released by the Anhui Province Suzhou Pioneer Network, among the proposed candidates, Su is from Stanford University with a doctoral degree. He applied for the position of grassroots affairs management in Lingbi County's township government, with a job code of 040167.

The reporter searched through the announcement of the 2024 Anhui Provincial Examination for the recruitment of civil servants and found that a total of 2 people were recruited for this position, engaged in grassroots comprehensive management work such as public services, rural civilization construction, and rural revitalization. There was 1 candidate from Weiji Town and 1 candidate from Xiangyang Town in Lingbi County. After being hired, candidates selected positions based on their total scores. The application requirement is that the registered residence personnel in this city should sign an agreement not to leave this town within 5 years after employment.

How many years behind China is India's per capita GDP of $2500?

I have seen this set of data: looking at the export value of goods, India lags behind China by 17 years; Looking at the total amount of foreign exchange reserves, India lags behind China by 19 years; Compared to the actual amount of foreign direct investment utilized by the two countries, India is only equivalent to China from 2003 to 2004, lagging behind by 20 years. Observing the research patents of China and India, India lags behind China by at least 21 years. The authenticity of these values has not been verified by Nansheng and is for your reference only. But this reminds me of another question worth paying attention to, which year is the level of India's economy comparable to that of our country? Focus on comparing economic scale and per capita GDP Taking the GDP of China and India in the past year as an example, India's economic scale in 2023 is approximately 288.3 trillion rupees, or 3.49 trillion US dollars. There is no exact matching year, the closest is 2007, with Ch...
